This petition is filed to condone the delay of 06 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

Petitioner is not seeking any relief against fifth respondent in the Writ Appeal. Therefore, notice on fifth respondent is dispensed with. Other respondents have no objection for this petition being allowed.

We are also satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal and post the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
