Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the unfair and decretal order of dismissal of the petitioner's petition seeking rejection of the plaint made in IA.No.1115 of 2016 in OS.No.479 of 2016 dated 21.09.2017 on the file of the Princpal District Munsif, Alandur and consequently reject the plaint in OS.No.479 of 2016 by allowing the civil revision petition.

ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decretal order made in IA.No.1115 of 2016 in OS.No.479 of 2016 dated 21.09.2017 on the file of the Princpal District Munsif, Alandur. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of.

Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
