Crl.M.P.No.18896 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.18896 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28730 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J., This Criminal Miscelleneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 23.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28730 of 2022 that each of the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety and should produce document to show his/her means) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court enlarged the petitioners on bail on a condition that each of the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which one surety should be a blood related surety and should produce document to show his/her means) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. However, the petitioners have now come before this Court for modification of the condition since they are unable to pay the bond amount as imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28730 of 2022 dated 23.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the each of the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
