Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents filed a communication from the Inspector Additional Charge of HR& CE indicating that the petitioner's representation has been considered and they also contemplated action to remove the encroachments as per law.

3. In such view of the matter, as the respondents has considered the representation of the petitioner and also the action has been taken for removal of encroachment, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
