This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is informed by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that, enquiry is pending against the petitioners.
3. With regard to the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that, respondent police may continue with the petitioners' enquiry. The petition seeking anticipatory bail would not arise.
4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition in accordance with law.
