This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of HMOP.No.14 of 2024 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge as to how long he will take to dispose of HMOP.No.14 of 2024.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge has sent a report stating that the case was posted for enquiry on 08.11.2024. She also gave an assurance that she will dispose the case within one month.

4. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee is directed to dispose of HMOP.No.14 of 2024 within a period of six months from today.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
