ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1 st respondent to implement the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.8718 of 2019 and to recover money a sum of Rs.5,60,000/- from 2 nd and 3 rd respondents.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1 st respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 2 and 3, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with.
4. The petitioner has filed the present petitioner for recovery of money from the private respondents by implementing the order dated 04.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.8718 of 2019, whereas, the relief sought for in this writ petition i.e. direction for recovery of money is civil in nature. No writ petition will lie for such a direction.

5. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
