This application is filed for permission to produce the eight documents which are listed in the affidavit dated 11.11.2019 in support of this application.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that these eight documents are relevant for the purpose of contesting O.P.No.250 of 2017 and that it has become necessary to file these documents.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent does not have any objection to this application being allowed.

5. Upon considering the oral submissions and on examining the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant has made out a case to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to produce the eight documents that are listed in the affidavit dated 11.11.2019 subject to the production of the respective originals.

6. This application is allowed on the above terms. Consequently, the time for completing the evidence of the respondent in the Original Petition is extended by a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
