ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the detenue namely Mariyayee aged about sixty years. 2.It is not in dispute that the detenue was missing from the residence at Tiruppur in the year 2014. The case was registered in Cr.No.353 of 2014 for women missing. The Police is investigating the matter. But they have not yet secured the detenue. The petitioner is at liberty to provide any information if received and Police in the event of securing the detenue may provide information to the petitioner immediately.

3.With these observations, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
