This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decreetal order dated 26.09.2023 passed in RLTA No.135 of 2022 by the learned III Addl. City Civil Court, Chennai and RLTOP No.91of 2022 order dated 05.09.2022 on the file of XII Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioners would submit that the Revision Petitioner has filed application for issuance of certified copy of the orders dated 05.09.2022 and 26.09.2023 and the same is not made ready till date. Hence, they may be permitted to produce copy of orders uploaded in the official website. Hence, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
