ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu.W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.
2. The case was registered in Cr.No.426 of 2012 dated 22.02.2012 for the alleged offence under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is stated that the accused were platform dwellers and absolutely not traceable, however it considering the fact that the property is not recovered and the complainant is having objection, for the present, this case may be treated as closed. However, in future if any clue is obtained as against the accused, the case can be reopened and reconstructed. Therefore, this Court finds it to be a fit case to invoke its extraordinary power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.

Suo Motu TR.No. 7195 of 2025 shl and 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this case in C.C.No.3482/2017 of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town Taluk,Chennai is closed with the aforesaid directions.
3. Accordingly, this Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of. 24.09.2025 shl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
