This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26297 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
