This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to grant leave to him to appeal against the order of the acquittal of the respondent made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level - II, Coimbatore in C.C.No.245 of 2022 dated 22.11.2024.

3. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, leave is granted and this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
