Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the proceedings 1/4

of the 1st respondent dated on 05.09.2017 in the letter Na Ka. No.338 of 2017 and the consequential Order dated 07.09.17 bearing letter Na ka No.338 of 2017 passed by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed quash to the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated on 05.09.2017 and the consequential Order dated 07.09.17 passed by the first respondent as illegal and without jurisdiction.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the vehicle has been registered and registration number has also been given and the vehicle is also registered for deep sea fishing.

3. In such view of the matter, as the vehicle has been registered for deep sea fishing and registration number also as been given, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

4. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 27.09.2022 vrc To,
