ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to alter the FIR by inserting the accused name, address, and car number in Crime No.590/2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the offending vehicle was found out and one Mr.Siva Balaji, who was involved in the crime, has been impleaded as accused for the offences under Sections 279 & 338 IPC. The respondent has also completed the investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
