This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioners in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 18.10.2024.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/police, on instructions, states that there is no complaint or case pending against these petitioners and the petitioners were only called for enquiry based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfer with the powers of the Police, since there is no complaint or case pending against the petitioners and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
