This petition is filed to condone the delay of 494 days in filing the cross-appeal in Cros.Obj.SR.No.142097 of 2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 494 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be entitled for any interest for the delay period on the enhanced award amount.
