The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner in impleading application was not at all appointed as Executive Officer of Gneelivaneswarar Temple.

The writ petitioner is entitled to raise this point in the main writ petition.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this impleading petition, the Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment.
