This is a petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, viz., Raja Kumar.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and also the learned counsel for the third respondent.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent that he has no objection for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, this petition is ordered.

From the counter affidavit dated 04.11.2024 filed by the second respondent and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, it is seen that apart from the petitioners, the first respondent, viz., R. Thaivanai Ammal also is a legal heir of the deceased sole appellant.

Hence, along with the petitioners, the first respondent, viz., R. Thaivanai Ammal also, is recorded as the one of the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.
