Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the accused namely Ravi, S/o. Nataraja, Venkatesapuram, Perambalur District on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.10.2019 in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER
This Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action against the accused namely Ravi, S/o. Nataraja, Venkatesapuram, Perambalur District on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.10.2019 in accordance with law to secure the ends of justice.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.
3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout her remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
