This petition had been filed to direct the 1st respondent to allow the Appeal Petition in T.S.E.No.11/2/2016 filed by the petitioner, sans enquiry as it is in contravention of Section 41(2) of the Tamil Nadu shops and Establishments Act, 1947.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the appeal filed by the petitioner was disposed of on 13.10.2018. Thus, the cause became vanished and no further adjudication is required. 2/4
