This Court by order dated 27.08.2019 directed the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, to take the suit on file, number the same and proceed with suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the original plaint is filed along with this revision petition before this Court and hence sought return of the original plaint for proceeding further.

Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the lower court enabling them to proceed further in the case.
