This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.14622 of 2023 dated 09.08.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the petitioner to continue to comply the conditions in Crl.O.P.No.14622 of 2023 till the cross examination of the victim girl. After the victim girl is examined, the learned trial Judge may direct the appearance of the petitioner herein during the Court hearing dates, but if an application is filed to recall the victim girl for further examination, then the learned trial Judge may once again reimpose the condition to continue appear before him at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
