2. A. No.5794 of 2022 is for permission to lead secondary evidence by producing photocopy instead of originals of plaint documents 1 and 2.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility of the documents, which are sought to be produced.

4. Post the suit before Additional Master II on 10.01.2023 for continuing the trial.
