The petitioner has filed an Appeal challenging the issue of patta on 16.06.2022. The said appeal has not been disposed of till date despite reminder letters dated 19.04.2023 and the latest on 04.10.2024. Aggrieved by this inaction, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Considering the limited request, the Writ Petition is allowed. Mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
