Crl.M.P.No.17019 of 2019 Crl.M.P.No.17019 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.SR.No.56358 of 2019 P.VELMURUGAN.,J The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing this Criminal Revision Petition against the Judgment dated 24.06.2019 passed in C.A.No.07 of 2018 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Perambalur in confirming the judgment dated 15.11.2018 passed in S.T.C.No.1814 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Perambalur.

2. It is seen that notice has already been served on the respondent and the name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condone delay petition is ordered.

5. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
