This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2/Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the third respondent/accused in C.C.No.58 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate FTC (Magisterial Level) at Alandur dated 26.04.2024.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that due to non-co-operation of the petitioner, non-bailable warrant issued against the third respondent was recalled and hence, as on date, no non-bailable warrant is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
