2. The parties have settled the issue and filed a Joint Memo, which reads as under:

"JOINT MEMO FILED BY THE APPELLANT AND THE FIRST RESPONDENT

1. Greater Chennai Corporation has agreed to redeploy 1400 Self Help Group temporary sanitary workers of its 5th and 6th zone in its 4th and 8th zone before February 2026 as per the list provided by the appellant.

2. Three issues have been referred for adjudication in O.P.No:66 & 67 of 2025 before the Industrial Tribunal at Chennai.

3. Both sides have agreed to proceed with O.P.No:66 & 67 of 2025 before the Industrial Tribunal at Chennai without prejudice to their contentions and stands. 2/4

In view of the above facts, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of W.A.No:2634 & 2672 of 2025 in terms of this Joint Memo and thus render justice."

3. Recording the above joint memo filed by the appellant and the first respondent, these writ appeals stand disposed of and the same shall form part of the order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
