ORDER

Since the summons taken out earlier could not be served on the first respondent in the correct address, the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking substituted service by effecting publication in any one of the Tamil News Daily circulated in Hosur Town.

Hence, the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service in a Tamil News Daily viz. "Makkal Kural", having circulation in Hosur Town, where, the first respondent resides, by mentioning the next date of hearing as 11.06.2026.

Post the matter on 11.06.2026. The Affidavit of Service shall be filed by then.
