Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024 and to disburse the compensation amount payable on the petitioner's land, comprised in Survey No.1053 1/5

/ 1A4 (part), measuring to an extent of 560 sq. meters out of the total extent of 600 sq. meters (14 cents of land out of 15 cents) situated at Voyalur-II Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District, which was acquired by the respondents under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997, to the petitioner within a time frame without insisting for production of the original partition deed dated 22.03.2004.
