Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 603 days in preferring the above appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.53778 of in Spl.C.C.No.6/2017, dated 05.01.2018, by the Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Namakkal, is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal in Crl.A.SR.No.53778 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
