ORDER

The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement as undertaken before this Court. On the last hearing date 17.07.2025, the respondent has 1/4

paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai by way of penaly and the Cancer Institute has also issued a receipt dated 19.07.2025 for the payment made by the respondent.

2.The respondent has also filed an affidavit before this Court recording the fact that he has complied with the directions issued by this Court on the last hearing date i.e. 17.07.2025 by paying a sum of Rs.50,000/- as penalty towards settlement of the dispute between the parties and he has also given an unconditional undertaking before this Court as seen from the affidavit filed before this Court that he undertakes to strictly abide by the terms of the Employment Contract in future, especially the bar stipulated under the said contract that the respondent shall not contact any of the employees of the petitioner.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner is also satisfied with the affidavit filed by the respondent dated 21.07.2025 before this Court. 2/4

4.In terms of the affidavit of undertaking given by the respondent dated 21.07.2025, this petition is disposed of. The affidavit of undertaking filed by the respondent shall form part of this order. No costs. 22.07.2025 vga 3/4
