When the matter is taken up today, the learned Special Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents would submit that this petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's off-line application dated 16.06.2025 by granting age relaxation and in turn permit him to participate in the written examination scheduled on 31.08.2025. He would further submit that the examination has already got over on 31.08.2025, thereby the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
