This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.19087 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24821 of 2022 on 13.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10:00am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
