This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26293 of 2022 dated 31.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are senior citizens and they are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
