Sarasal @ Seerayee v. Manickam

C.M.P.Nos.22351, 22352 & 22356 of 2022 in S.A.No.724 of 2007 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 131 days in filing the application to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant herein namely Sarasal @ Seerayee in S.A.No.724 of 2007.

ii. To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant herein namely Sarasal @ Seerayee in S.A.No.724 of 2007. iii. To bring on record the proposed appellants No.4 and 5 namely 4. Sakthivel and 5.Saravanna as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as the appellant no.4 and 5 in the above S.A.No.724 of 2007.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for these petitions being ordered, accordingly the above petitions are ordered as prayed for.
