Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without passing any adverse orders against the second respondent, affecting her interest, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2023 and pass necessary orders after giving opportunity to both parties.

3. It is stated that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.09.2023 to register the sale deed dated 28.04.2023. The main grievance of the writ petitioner is that even though the petitioner made the representation on 27.09.2023, no action has been taken by the authorities till date.

4. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 27.09.2023, after giving due opportunity of hearing to writ petitioner and second respondent as well as rival claimants / interested parties, if any and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
