ORDER

This petition is filed to grant leave to institute the suit before this Court.

2. According to the applicants / plaintiffs, the main suit is filed for the relief of partition and rendition of accounts. It is also stated that some of the properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and the 2nd respondent / 2nd defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, they have come up with the present application seeking grant of leave.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, considering the fact that the substantial part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and some of the properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and also the 2nd respondent / 2nd defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, I am inclined to allow this application. 5.This Application is allowed.
