ORDER
1.
This writ petition has been filed for a limited relief. 2.
The petitioner seeks for implementation of G.O.(2D) No.68 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR2ii) Department dated 28.04.2022 under which, he has been granted notional regularisation with effect from 08.03.1999 as Forest Watcher. 3.
The petitioner has given a representation on 06.06.2022 for the aforementioned purpose. Since the representation has not been considered till date, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.
Heard Mr.S.Mani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2022 seeking for implementation of the first respondent's order in G.O.(2D) No.68 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 28.04.2022 giving notional regularisation to the petitioner with effect from 08.03.1999 as Forest Watcher within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
