On 25.09.2025, though the learned counsel for the petitioner undertook to file the translated copy of the documents in Tamil, he failed to file the translated documents on 30.10.2025. Hence, the matter was adjourned today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, the learned counsel failed to file the translated copy of the documents in Tamil.
