.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for

issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the 2nd respondent in its proceedings No.MEE/EA4/3/2016/ESTT dt.05.03.2025 in respect of the petitioner based on the community verification report dt.08.08.2023 of the 4th respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to seek remittance of terminal benefits from the petitioner and further to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to release the pensionary benefits wef June 2024 onwards.

With the liberty as prayed for, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the interim applications stand closed.
