This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. directing the respondents 1 & 2 to provide the police protection to the petitioner against the 3rd to 5th respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.11.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Admittedly, there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 & 5 herein in respect of which the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 09.11.2019. After conducting enquiry, the respondents 1 & 2 shall directed petitioner to approach a concerned Civil Court to seek appropriate relief. As such, the Police Protection cannot be granted in this case.

4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
