This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No.174 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in S.T.C. No.209/2023 on the file of District Magistrate cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukarai and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
