This Application has been filed to permit the petitioner to examine Mr.R.Somasundaram and Mr.K.Dhandapani as 3rd persons, having witnessed the execution of the Will dated 21.12.2009 and its attestation, in order to prove the Will as per law.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.3072 of 2025 in O.P.No.540 of 2024 is ordered as prayed for.
