ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 468 and 506(i) of IPC in connection with the case in Crime No. 218 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the fourth bail application before this Court. The earlier bail application in Crl. O.P. No. 18898 of 2023 was dismissed on 08.09.2023 by Hon'ble Mr.Justice RMT.Teekaa Raman and this bail petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl. O.P. No. 31787 of 2024 on 04.03.2025.

3. This Court while dismissing the earlier anticipatory bail petition, made the following observations: - "6. Considering the nature and gravity of the offence and also the overt act alleged against the 1 st petitioner and his brothers A2 & A3/2 nd petitioner herein and the stage of the investigation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that that petitioner is a lady and she is innocent; and nothing to do with the other accused; and that in any case, custodial interrogation is not required and sought for anticipatory bail for the petitioner.

5. Per contra, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is the main accused; and that the investigation is still pending, as all the accused are absconding. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Since there is no change is circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this fourth anticipatory bail petition.

7. Hence, the anticipatory bail petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
