ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the site inspection and to issue the site visit certificate to the petitioner to participate in the e-tender process dated 04.08.2025 issued by the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced the written instructions received from the Executive Engineer, PWD. It is seen that the last date for the submission of the

3/5 application is on 25.8.2025 and that this period is over. Therefore, no useful purpose will be served in giving the site visit certificate to the petitioner. 3.In the considered view of this Court, the last date for the submission of the tender application is already over. If the tender application of the petitioner was not received on the ground of not annexing the site visit certificate which was sought for by the petitioner well in advance, the same can be put to challenge by the petitioner in the manner known to law. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
