When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.01.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 21.01.2025. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. 2.It is stated that the shop for which the writ petition had been filed had been vacated by the petitioner and nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
