Seeking extension of leave to the convict, the present petition has been filed by the sister of the convict.

2. We are not inclined to grant any extension of time as earlier the leave has been granted on a different ground that the convict is required to find groom. Now, the extension has been sought for on the ground that the mother of the convict has to undergo eye surgery.

3. In view of above, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if so advised.
