Prayer Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundary to the property comprised in S.F. Nos 62/4 (Punjai land) measuring to an extent of 3.35.00 hectare situated at Moolanur village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025 by appreciating the above stated facts.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Guruprasad For Respondents 1 to 3 : Mr.D.Ravichander Special Government Pleader Order Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission and considering the nature of relief to be granted herein, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundary to the property comprised in S.F. Nos 62/4 (Punjai land) measuring to an extent of 3.35.00 hectare situated at Moolanur Village, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the subject property (morefully described 2/6

in para No.2 of this order); that the petitioner made a representation to the third respondent on 21.05.2025 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property, however, as on date, no action has been taken by the third respondent in pursuance of such representations, which necessitated the petitioners to approach this Court by way of present Writ Petition seeking for aforesaid relief. It is further submitted that the petitioner also paid required fee towards survey of the property and therefore, seeks for appropriate direction.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader for respondents fairly submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner would be considered and appropriate steps would be taken by the respondent-Authorities within four weeks, if a direction is issued in that regard.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side coupled with the fact that the petitioner has paid necessary charges for demarcating the property, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner 3/6

dated 21.05.2025 and take suitable steps for conducting a survey in the petitioner's property and demarcate the same by marking its boundaries as per applicable revenue rules and regulations after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say, in the event, any obstruction is being caused by any third parties, the Official Respondents are at liberty to seek the assistance of the Police Officials, in which case, the concerned Jurisdictional Police is directed to render all kinds of assistance, as required, by the Revenue Officials for demarcation of the subject property. No costs. List the case before this Court on 17.11.2025, ''For Reporting Compliance of this order''
