Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) To relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.271 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.34 of 2019 dated 09.01.2019 by directing the petitioner herein to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chidambaram, Cuddalore District daily at 10.30 am pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C.No.34 of 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SARAVANA VEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.M.

MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to modify the condition imposed by this court, on the petitioners shall appear before the concerned court daily at 10.30 a.m., by order dated 09.01.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.271/2019 in Crl.A.No.34/2019. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Taking into consideration and submission, the condition is modified to appear before the Trial Court twice in a Month, on the first and third Monday of Every Month at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.
